Butcher, Robinson & Staples is based in the handsome Collegiate House on St. Thomas Street in the Borough of Southwark, about half a mile distant from Lloyd’s of London on the opposite bank of the Thames.  The building is the only remaining part of St. Thomas Hospital which for nearly seven hundred years stood on the area now occupied by London Bridge Station, and lies next to the old Operating Theatre of St. Thomas’ Hospital.
